Pay Transparency Report

Published under Brazilian Law 14.611/2023 and Decree 11.795/2023, which govern equal pay and remuneration criteria between women and men.

Current report

The report is generated by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour and Employment from data declared by the company and made available on the Emprega Brasil portal. It is published twice a year, in March and September.

What the law requires

  • It applies to companies with 100 or more employees.
  • Publication twice a year, in March and September.
  • It must be kept somewhere visible, on the website, on social media or a similar channel, and widely circulated to employees and to the public.
  • The report preserves anonymity and complies with data protection rules.
  • Where inequality is identified, the company must draw up and carry out a mitigation action plan, with the participation of workers’ representatives.
